This month, our SYNC ladies gathered to serve children whose moms have survived sex trafficking and are now receiving care and support through Awaken. Together, we assembled individualized gift bags for each child, tailored by age.
What we packed:
- Books and toys to spark imagination
- Fuzzy socks, warm gloves, and cozy hats to bring comfort
- Markers and coloring books to encourage creativity
- Toiletries and practical essentials for daily care
- Devotionals to plant seeds of hope
Every bag was assembled with prayer and purpose. Our deepest hope is that each child feels seen and loved by God and by a caring Christian community. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve these families in Jesus’ name and to stand alongside Awaken in their life-changing work.
