Our SYNC ladies were blessed to support Pathfinders Children’s Ministry at their annual fundraiser in Washoe Valley. It was a fun evening filled with delicious food, country music, fellowship, and plenty of generosity.
Pathfinders Children’s Ministry is on a mission is to reach the inner-city, at-risk, and often forgotten children and youth of Reno and Sparks with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
The evening had something for everyone. Guests enjoyed BBQ brisket and chicken with all the fixings, followed by peach and apple cobbler topped with real whipped cream. The silent auction was packed with a wonderful variety of items, and the Rattlesnake Boys kept everyone’s toes tapping with country music.
Our SYNC ladies helped set up the tables on Thursday and returned on Saturday to serve dinner and clean up after the event. It was a joy to work together and be part of such a special evening.
We feel truly blessed to come alongside Pathfinders as they share the hope and love of Jesus with children and youth in our community. We are thankful for the opportunity to serve and support the important work they do in Reno and Sparks.
