Step by Step – Let’s Walk Together!

SYNC has added a new group, and a new leader, to our list of community groups. Nancy Sagan would like others to join her as she walks her way to better health. The American Heart Association recommends that people walk 10,000 steps per day to maintain a healthy heart. Daily exercise is recommended, with emphasis, for those with diabetes. For those who believe that walking is a lot more fun when you are walking with friends that are willing to help you by holding you accountable, this is the place for you.
